Kirk Patrick Millette
President and Chief Creative OfficerKirk Patrick Millette earned a B.Arch from The Bernard and Anne Spitzer School of Architecture at the City College of New York. In addition, he has a B.F.A. in Communication and Graphic Design. Kirk has experienced designing and building homes in Hampton Roads, as well as in Trinidad and Tobago. He has also served as an interior design consultant for homes in the Hamptons and in Massachusetts. Kirk is in the process of getting his General Contractor’s License in Virginia.

Vice President, Acquisitions and InvestmentsEric Lamar Rivers has a B.A. in Government from Georgetown University. Eric has 17 years of experience working with high net-worth individuals, helping them make smart decisions with their finances. He has served in senior leadership roles for various non-profits in New York City and Washington, DC, responsible for budgets as high as $5,000,000. Eric is in the process of gaining his realtor’s license in Virginia.
